*T&C: Gifts, lucky draw and spin-the-wheel prizes are only valid for attendees who RSVP and visit The Home Collective on 22–23 November 2025. Exclusive Goodie Bags (worth up to $2,000 in gifts and vouchers) are limited to the first 50 attendees. $30 Grab vouchers are issued to attendees who speak to at least 3 ID firms during the event. Free Home & Content Insurance (worth $70) is valid only for participants who register for the event. $288 cash will be awarded to 1 lucky winner. To qualify for the Spin-the-Wheel, participants must place a minimum $1,000 deposit on the event day (22–23 November 2025). To qualify for the Grand Lucky Draw, participants must sign a renovation package worth at least $40,000 by 15 January 2026. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash and subject to availability. Winners must be present or contactable during the live draw on 17 January 2026 to claim prizes. The organiser reserves the right to amend event details, prizes or terms without prior notice.
